Description: Technology service company looking for experienced service technician. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot & repair in diverse environments.
Requirements: Candidate will have 3+ years field experience with Microsoft Servers, Desktops and Networking.
Description: Full time position – Main hours 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday with occasional adjustments as needed. This position requires someone who is dependable, detailed oriented, flexible and professional. Good oral and written communication skills and customer service is a must. Some of the responsibilities will be answering incoming calls, scheduling, working with our technicians to address customer needs and follow up customer service.
This is a front desk position and the person in this position will be greeting and communicating with customers and other visitors both in person and by phone. This is a small family owned business and we are looking for a team player to join our team long term. Pay based on abilities and experience. Requirements: Marketing experience would be helpful, ability to use Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe Products, Word, Excel, etc.
Description: This position requires a solid understanding of telcom industry wiring and functionality. This position will be responsible for determining customer needs, planning & implementing new system installs, training end users and providing support for systems.
Requirements: 5+ years of installing / supporting business telephone systems. Certified NEC and/or Allworx is a plus. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN environments utilizing VOIP is a must.
