Technician will run diagnostics on your computer to determine the cause of the problems and advise on the most economical solution for repair.

Troubleshoot, Repair & Protect

Troubleshoot your computer and attached devices, resolve software problems as detected, and remove virus & spy-ware infections as detected. We will also repair the operating system, update drivers and install updates as needed. Physical cleaning of computer inside and out is included. We will give an estimate to repair/ upgrade computer if needed due to hardware failures.

Upgrade Computer

Each component installed & sold separately

Technician will install, configure & test components needed to upgrade your computer. Parts not included in price. Some parts may require additional services. The flat rate applies to each individual component installed.

Reload Operating System

Sometimes your computer just needs a fresh start. Technology Plus will completely wipe out all information and reload your operating system from scratch, configure drivers and install service packs.

Backup accessible data files before reload and restore after reload

One Time Backup

Create backup disks on CD-ROM of your valuable data. Technician will create up to 10 CD’s of your data for safekeeping in case of a computer crash.

Each additional disk for data storage

Hard Drive Erasure

Technician will permanently remove all data from your hard drive to ensure privacy when computer is sold or donated. This process will remove all software and data previously created and stored.

Computer Cleaning

Computers need proper maintenance to continue working at optimal performance. Dust inside of a computer is very detrimental to the longevity of your computer. Dust will cause the internal components to overheat and fans to stop working, which is the number one cause of hardware failure in a computer. Our technicians will come on site, clean the inside of your computer and inspect all fans for proper function. Price includes cost of all fans except for power supply fans. If power supply fan is not working our technician will quote cost for replacing the power supply.

Hewlett Packard Printer Maintenance

An Authorized HP Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and cleaning on your HP printer to ensure top quality printing.

Nextel SIM Card Copy

How long would it take you to transfer all of your contacts from your old cell phone to your new one? Let us help. One of our staff will copy your contacts from a readable, unlocked Nextel SIM card onto a compatible SIM card. Note that not all SIM cards are compatible.
