Technical Account Manager

Description:  Technology service company looking for additional member for the role of TAM (Technical Account Manager).  Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a strong background in Information Technology.  Technical Account Managers are responsible for managing all technical aspects of our company’s relationship with our customers.

Requirements: Candidate will have experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy.  Additionally, candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and with members of the account team.
