Charles Carpenter, who is also goes by the handle “Chuckles”, made his way to Louisville from Athens, New York. And we’re so happy he made the trip down. Chuck was born to be a part of Technology Plus family. He’s really that good at what he does.
Fun Fact: Did you know Chuck spent his first adult paycheck on a 1980 Yamaha XS400?
