Tier III Systems Engineer

Description:
Technology Plus seeking Tier III Systems Engineer. Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, work well in both team and independent environments, and be able to design, support, maintain, and enhance complex technology systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:
Candidate should have experience with advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure design, automation, capacity planning, virtualization, security protocols, and user support. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) a plus.

Tier II Systems Engineer
